Benito restaurant. It means taking a seventy-year leap into the past and rediscovering the ancient world of the Emilian Apennines. The "Balera del Liscio", the dining room with the large fireplace, homemade pasta, delicious mushrooms and truffles and what about the bain-marie "pudding" cooked in the oven .... Nonno Benito still coordinates the wonderful team family now in its third generation .... Great atmosphere, unique experience. Chapeau!

A colleague who knows what he's doing. Found by chance, we are in Pistoia, on a trip for Santo Stefano. Truly compliments to the chef and all the staff. Very welcoming. Very good truffle menu. , starting from the appetizer. Spacious tortelloni. Delicious fresh porcini tagliatelle. Very good truffle fondue. Delicious homemade desserts. Highly recommended. Fair price for the truffle lunch with Lambrusco di Sorbara. Good job, everyone. What is essential for me is the same menu for celiacs as my son has celiac disease.

Benito: a name is a guarantee! 10 minutes from Rocchetta Mattei, a historic trattoria restaurant with traditional dishes from the Tuscan/Romagna mountains (between Bologna and Pistoia). Excellent porcini lasagna, heads with fried polenta and fried porcini mushrooms and... Everything else. Highly recommended

Cozy and clean restaurant, beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. Specialties with porcini mushrooms and truffles, pasta made by them, excellent tagliolini. The meat is good. The crem caramel is really good.

Typical restaurant of the Tuscan Apennines in Bologna, fresh raw materials, homemade pasta, freshly made desserts! Everything excellent and a spectacular view of the Apennines and finally an excellent quality/price ratio!!!!

The landmark of the mountain. Excellent dishes based on porcini mushrooms and truffles. Delicious second courses of meat. It is a guarantee to consume at Benito where reservations are always recommended. Large internal room and outdoor accommodation in summer. The staff are friendly, helpful and highly professional. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Restaurant offering specialties based on mushrooms and truffles, recommended for a lunch or dinner with friends and children. The pasta and desserts are excellent and homemade: the portions are generous and the staff is very attentive and kind. Excellent value for money: I had 2 starters (salad with truffle and parmesan flakes, sliced cured meats), tasting of 2 first courses (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and ricotta tortelloni with white truffle), fried eggs with truffle, strips of beef with porcini mushrooms and fried polenta with melted truffle cheese and wild boar. Dessert based on mascarpone with cantucci, bitters, coffee, wine: total. 40 euros per person. A place also suitable for children who, with a starter of cured meats, a plate of tagliatelle with meat sauce (very abundant) and mascarpone for dessert, spent 10 euros each. Excellent value for money. The kindness and attention of the staff in the dining room was also excellent.
